So today's appointment was short but fantastic. The first appointment taught me so much about the weakness of my spine and how to strengthen myself the correct way. So doing the exercises that I was instructed to do really helped me out quite a bit in just three days, and the good results were evident to me today. I requested a print out of exercises I'm supposed to be doing which staff immediately provided. Bruns chiropractic team are ever friendly, and make me feel relaxed about my treatments.
